Custom Software Development
Based in Dallas–Fort Worth, working with businesses across the U.S. We design and build the software your business runs on: web and mobile apps, AI features, integrations and automation, scoped to what you actually need.

Who custom development is for
A business that has outgrown its tools.
Spreadsheets, copy-paste and five logins are doing work that one system should do.
Work that should run itself.
Bookings, reminders, follow-ups and handoffs that depend on someone remembering.
An app or software product.
An idea for a customer app, a SaaS product or a platform, and you need it designed and built properly.
AI doing real work.
You want AI answering, sorting, drafting or processing inside your business, not just talked about.
How we approach custom builds
Build what earns its place.
Custom software is worth it when it saves time, wins business or does something no off-the-shelf tool can. Every build starts with what you need it to do and what it’s worth to you. If an existing tool already does the job, we’ll tell you, and help you set it up instead. When custom is the right answer, we scope it in writing and build it in stages you can see.
What we build
AI development.
AI that does real work in your product or your process.
Software and apps.
Products your customers and your team use every day.
Integrations and automation.
Your tools working together, and the busywork handled.
Specialized development.
When something exists and needs to work better.
Available capabilities, not a package: what your build includes is set in its scope.
Included in every custom build
A written scope.
What the software does, who uses it, what it connects to, and what’s out of scope.
A milestone plan.
The build broken into stages, each with its deliverables, priced before work begins.
Review at every stage.
You see working software at agreed points, so nothing arrives as a surprise at the end.
A clean handover.
The code, documentation and access, transferred under your agreement.
How a custom build can be delivered
A defined build.
A scoped project delivered in milestones, finished and handed over.
A first version, then the next.
Launch what matters most, learn from real use, then scope the next stage.
Ongoing care with Site OS.
Hosting, maintenance, monitoring, updates and support for your application, with eligibility and coverage set in your agreement.
What you own
The custom work is yours.
The design, code, and content we create for your project transfer to you under your agreement. Your domain and business accounts remain under your control. Third-party software, licensed assets, and ongoing services follow their respective terms. We make ownership, licensing, and ongoing service responsibilities clear during project scoping.
What we commit to
We commit to the scope, milestones and responsibilities we agree, and to honest reporting on progress. Changes are scoped and priced before they’re built. App store reviews, third-party platforms and outside services follow their own rules, so we don’t promise outcomes they control.
How a custom build works
A free first look, if you want one.
A conversation about what you need the software to do. Optional: arrive with a spec and we start there.
Scope and a milestone proposal.
What we’ll build, in what stages, at what price, in writing. Yours either way.
Build in stages.
Working software at every milestone, reviewed with you before the next one starts.
Launch, handover and care.
Released, handed over, and, if you want, kept running with Site OS.
Custom development questions
It depends on what it has to do, how many people use it and what it connects to. After a scoping conversation you get a milestone proposal, priced before any work begins.
It depends on scope. The milestone plan sets the timeline, and you see working software at each stage rather than waiting for the end.
Use an existing tool when one does the job well; it’s usually faster and cheaper. Build when your process is what sets you apart, when off-the-shelf tools force workarounds, or when you need things connected that weren’t made to connect. We’ll tell you which we think fits.
Yes. The code we write for your project transfers to you under your agreement. Third-party software and services follow their own terms, and we make all of it clear during scoping.
Yes, along with web apps that work across devices. We recommend the approach that fits your users and budget, and we handle app-store submissions through developer accounts you control. Store approval and publication timing remain subject to the platforms.
Yes, where it does real work: answering customers, processing documents, drafting, sorting or routing information. We scope it around a task worth automating, not around the technology.
Yes. CRM, booking, payments, email and most business tools can be connected through their integrations or APIs, so information moves without anyone copying it.
Yes. We review what exists first and tell you plainly what’s worth keeping, what needs fixing, what it will take to finish, and whether it can be supported with Site OS afterwards.
That’s your choice. Site OS can keep it running: hosting, maintenance, updates, monitoring and support, with coverage set in your agreement. Support requests are answered within one business day; how quickly an issue is resolved depends on the issue and your agreement. New features are scoped as their own stage.
Yes. Let us know when you inquire, and we’ll review and sign a reasonable NDA, mutual where appropriate, before you share confidential project details.
Modern, widely supported technology chosen for what your software needs to do, how it will grow and who will maintain it. The proposal names it, so there are no surprises later.
A person reads it and replies within one business day. Good fits book a call. Inquiring takes two minutes, no call required.
